Payment
You may pay by cheque or BACS. Cheque and BACS orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared.

Despatch
Please place venison orders by Wednesday of each week for despatch on Thursday and arrival on Friday (of the same week).

If this is not convenient and you require your venison on a different day, please specify on the form found on our CONTACT page or ring free phone 08456 120502.

Please note that the carrier is only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote (or an immediate neighbour if no one is at home) We regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return the item(s).

Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

If the recipient fails to make contact in good time the goods are returned to Venico Ltd and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

Fresh Venison
We regret that for food safety reasons, Venison products cannot be despatched for Monday delivery.

Cancellation
An order can be cancelled up to 7 days before despatch.
Any disputes, which we are unable to resolve, will be subject to English Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We never give your details to any other person or company.

VAT and Duty
These charges apply at the current statutory rates. Some products contain some zero rated goods and the consolidated VAT rate is then reduced accordingly. We reserve the right to amend prices subject to change in the rate of duty.
