life of 14 days.
THICK FLANK JOINT. Ideal roasting joints, supplied boned and rolled. 900 - 1300gm average weight. A shelf life of 14 days. May also be supplied as steaks.
MEDALLION STEAKS. 70 - 85gm collop steaks
cut from the haunch and packed 2 per portion. A shelf life of 14 days.
TRIMMED RUMP STEAKING MUSCLE. Individual trimmed muscles, 0.3 - 0.5kg average weight. Can be supplied as Butterfly steaks if required. A shelf
life of 14 days.
STIR-FRY STRIPS. A shelf life of 10 days.
ESCALOPES. Thin cut steak; ideal for char grilling or barbecues etc. 85gm portion. A shelf life of 14 days.
HAUNCH STEAKS. 170, 200 or 230gm steaks cut
from the haunch and vac-packed in 5’s or as required. A shelf life of 14 days.
